Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Cerebellar scrubs for your scrubs needs. We strive to provide you
with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we
understand that occasionally a return may be necessary. Please review our return
policy below:

Eligibility:

Only items purchased directly from Cerebellar scrubs are eligible for return.
Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
For customized items we offer alteration under certain circumstances. Please email us for further information.
Item should have no personal embroidery e.g., Name & badge.

Return Timeframe:

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the purchase date.
After 10 days, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at cerebellar2020@gmail.com . They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if you meet the criteria
Include the RMA number on the return package to ensure proper identification and faster processing.
Please package the items securely to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt as proof of return.

Refund or Exchange:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase, and the amount refunded will exclude any shipping charges.
If you prefer an exchange for a different size, colour, or style, we will gladly assist you, subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately
We may request supporting evidence, such as photographs or a detailed description of the issue, to facilitate the return process.
If the damage or defect is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards or promotional items are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Final Sale Items:

Clearance, sale, or discounted items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of damage or defect.

Shipping Policy

Cerebellar Scrubs offers three shipping options for your convenience.

Please note that the production of the scrubs takes about 14-21 days.

National Delivery via Courier Guy:

Cost:R100

Delivery will be made directly to the customer's door.

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

UCT Campus/Residences Delivery:

Cost: R60

Customers staying at UCT campus or residences can choose this option.

Customers must provide their contact details during checkout.

Once the shipment arrives, a UCT student delivery person will contact customers via SMS.

The SMS will include the UCT student delivery personnel's WhatsApp number for arranging delivery.

Thelle Mogoerane Hospital Staff Delivery:

Free of charge

Exclusive option for Thelle staff members. Customers can arrange pick-up with Dr Gladys Osuigwe.

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the
Cerebellar Scrubs website, products, and services, you acknowledge and agree to
comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms,
please refrain from using our services.

2. Order Placement and Processing:

All orders placed through the Cerebellar Scrubs website are subject to availability and acceptance.

Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment, and confirmation will be sent via email.

Orders are typically dispatched within 7-14 days from the date of order placement, depending on product availability and customisation requirements.

3. Shipping and Delivery:

Cerebellar Scrubs offers three shipping options: National Delivery, UCT Campus/Residence Delivery, and Thelle Mogoerane Hospital Staff  Delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping option and location.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during the order process.

Any shipping costs, including taxes, import duties, or additional charges, are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns and Exchanges:

Products may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery, provided they are in unused and unwashed condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer service department for instructions.

5. Product Information and Representation:

We make every effort to accurately display product colours and descriptions on our website.

However, actual product colours may vary due to factors such as screen settings and lighting.

Slight variations in measurements and design details may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

6. Intellectual Property:

All content, including images, text, logos, and trademarks, on the Cerebellar Scrubs website are the property of Cerebellar Scrubs and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

7. Privacy and Data Protection:

Personal information provided during the order process is subject to our Privacy Policy.

We do not share customer data with third parties without consent, except for necessary order processing.

8. Limitation of Liability:
